It is very important to determine the characteristics of the raw materials.

Characteristics of the source material

What is getting ready for processing? What are the maximum dimensions of the loaded material?
If a material with different dimensions is encountered, are you ready to give a percentage (for example, 60% - reinforced concrete slabs, 40% - brick). Are the volumes of the planned processing known? In what form does the source material come in?
For example, it could be the manufacturing marriage of a concrete plant. Then it will be whole slabs and beams. If the material comes from the objects of demolition and demolition, then the plates are broken, the blocks sticking out the reinforcement are linked to each other.

The answers to all these questions will prompt our specialists models and sizes of loading, crushing, sorting and transportation units.

The bulk of construction waste should be taken:

  • in the development of concrete structures -2.4 t/m3;

  • in the development of reinforced concrete structures – 2.5 t/m3;

  • the design of brick and stone, the skip of plaster and tiles -1,8 t/m3.

The next step is to determine the volume of processing.

The answer to the question is not only to quantitatively "fill" the circuit equipment, but also require the installation capacity of the customer. All this directly concerns the budget that the customer is going to spend.
In the process of operation, it will be necessary to solve the issues of both providing raw materials and marketing of finished products.
At the start, it is necessary to understand how cost-effective and efficient the technology is, where the standard sizes of equipment are rigidly linked to performance. In other words, for processing, for example, up to 20 m3/day should not use large-size raw materials. Invested funds may not pay off for a long time.

  • Rebar and graded sand 0-5, crushed stone 5-20, 20-40, 40-70mm. 

  • Rebar and graded cube-shaped crushed stone, sand 0-5, 5-20, 20-40, 40-70mm.

It is most economically feasible to design equipment with one production line, where output per one production worker is higher, and the cost of finished products and energy consumption is lower.
